Be extra nice to yourself. I think that doing something to cheer yourself up is perfect. However, I hope that you aren't setting too high of standards for wanting to be over things so quickly. But it is perfectly natural and healthy to still be sad. No one expects you to just "bounce back." And no one thinks any less of you to take your time grieving. Just don't be so hard on yourself. If you don't deal with things now, they may creep back up later in life? Hang in there! Keep your head up!
I hope you and your couch got along nicely this weekend. Mine and I certainly are! Take care of yourself and let yourself heal before getting back to the swing. I like that you are focusing on other things in the meantime- it can only help. :)
I voted on the retail therapy. The reason I don't vote for the haircut is that when you get pregnant, your face will get a little plumper, and a short hair cut really would accentuate that. A tattoo would also be potentially stretched out with a pregnancy and not look pretty afterward. Have fun!

I voted for the tattoo, because I have actually been considering adding another one to my body as of late. I joked with my husband that I should just get a target on my rear so that injections would be easier!
